Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Polyhyle handles personal data when you visit the landing site, request access, or join the private beta waitlist.

Last updated: 4 May 2026

Who controls your data

Polyhyle is the controller for personal data collected through this landing site and the private beta waitlist.

You can contact us about privacy requests at privacy@Polyhyle.app.

Personal data we collect

  • Work email address submitted through request-access or waitlist forms.
  • Optional role information and selected use cases when you provide them.
  • Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as request metadata and server logs.
  • Theme preference stored locally in your browser through localStorage.
  • Analytics consent preference stored locally in your browser through localStorage and a first-party cookie.

Why we use it

  • To manage the waitlist and private beta access.
  • To respond to requests and communicate about Polyhyle.
  • To protect, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and defend our rights where necessary.

Legal bases

Where GDPR applies, we rely on consent for optional waitlist submissions, legitimate interests for operating and protecting the site, steps before a possible contract for private beta requests, and legal obligations where applicable.

Cookies, analytics, and local storage

Polyhyle uses limited cookieless PostHog measurement before consent to count aggregate pageviews, page exits, and session duration, and to understand basic site performance without storing PostHog cookies or browser identifiers.

If you consent, Polyhyle may use richer PostHog analytics on the landing site, including button/link interaction events and heatmaps to understand how visitors interact with the page. We do not enable session replay or console-log capture by default.

Your analytics preference may be stored in localStorage and a first-party cookie so we can respect it across the landing site and web app. The theme preference may also be stored in localStorage so the interface can preserve your chosen appearance.

Sharing and transfers

We may share data with service providers that help us host, store, secure, and operate the landing site and waitlist. Where data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards when required by law.

Retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to manage private beta access, follow up with interested teams, and maintain security or legal records. We delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Polyhyle evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
